Return

We offer a 15-day period for returns or exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you can return the product within this period and receive a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • It should not have any breaks or obvious signs of use.

  • It must be unused and free from any damage.

Please note that we do not accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  • More than 15 days have passed since the order was received.

  • Products that are engraved or customized per the customer’s request.

  • Items made specifically to order.

  • Rings that have been resized from their original size.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

Elite Yemeni Agate covers shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Receiving a damaged product or one with a defect.

  • Receiving a product that differs from the specified description.

  • Receiving an order that is not the one you selected.

Aside from that, the customer bears the shipping costs, including in the following cases:

  • Changing your mind after completing the purchase.

  • Choosing the wrong ring size.

Error

If you receive an incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the incorrect product and expedite the shipping process to ensure you receive the correct product as soon as possible.

Duration of the Process

The duration of the return, exchange, or repair process may vary depending on the nature of the issue and your location. Rest assured, our team is committed to handling your request as quickly as possible.

Refund Method

  • We process refunds to your original payment method.
    • Credit Card: Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
    • PayPal: Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.

  • Note: In some cases, we may not be able to refund your money to the original payment method. Accordingly, we will refund the amount to you through the following methods:
    • Payoneer
    • Direct Bank Transfer
    • Western Union
    • MoneyGram
    • Available Payment Methods

Handling Exchanges and Returns

  • If you have an issue with your product and would like to initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with the details of your issue before sending the order to us.
  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the best and easiest solution for the exchange and return process.
  • After agreement, we will begin coordinating the return process with the shipping company.
  • Once we receive the returned product, the product will be assessed for any damage.
  • Once approved, the exchange or return process will be processed.
    • Return Process: The refunded amount will be processed immediately.
    • Exchange Process: The difference in amount, if any, will be calculated, and the account will be settled. And shipping the exchanged order.
